A wild yeast culture made from flour, water and a lot of love. This starter was born in New York City in 2015, did a six month stint in Cape Town, South Africa, and now makes its home in Dallas, Texas. Use to make wholesome, naturally leavened bread. Our dehydrated starter will be shipped standard USPS with instructions for how to rehydrate and activate it.
