Our signature sourdough is made using our six year old starter, King Arthur & Barton Springs Mill flour, water, sea salt and a traditional, long fermentation.
To support those most affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, we are offering free country sours for those in high-risk groups, essential workers, and those financially impacted by the crisis (i.e. service industry workers, small business owners, unemployed, etc).
