Learn how to make beautiful loaves of wholesome sourdough bread in your own kitchen in our donation-based Virtual Sourdough 101 Class. We use just three ingredients in our sourdough bread: flour, water and salt. In this class, you will learn the entire sourdough bread making process from creating and maintaining a starter, autolyse, mixing, bulk fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking.
To get started, you can register for the class of your choice. We sell starter (fresh for local pickup or dehydrated to be shipped; you’ll need one or the other for class) or a bread making kit (for local pickup, includes fresh starter). All additional information, including donation info, a supply list, a starter prep guide, the recipe, and supply pick up information will be emailed to you upon sign up. Please make note of your pickup day and time!
