Join Kuluntu Bakery for a virtual class where you will learn how to bake a seasonal pumpkin & chocolate babka. We’ll also be whipping up a festive cocktail or mocktail while our babka proofs.
This is a two part class:
Part 1: On Friday, October 22 we will send you a video teaching you how to mix your brioche dough as it requires an overnight fermentation in the fridge. This step is fairly quick and can be done at any point on Friday. For this step, a stand mixer is highly recommended.
Part 2: On Saturday, October 23, we will meet on Zoom to finish the process and make a cocktail together!
